THE BODY SHOP HAUL

We all love skincare and for me, skincare is mostly about fragrance. The first thing I always notice while buying skincare(not face products obviously...LOL ) is a good fragrance.  And my search always ends up in THE BODY SHOP store. So recently I picked three products from THE BODY SHOP.

They are:-

• EDT BRITISH ROSE (Price:- Rs.1195/-).
• BRITISH ROSE YOGURT (Price:- Rs.845/-)
• ENGLISH DAWN GARDENIA BODY WASH (Price:-Rs.625/-).

EDT BRITISH ROSE:-

💓Love their EDT and that British Rose was in my wishlist from a pretty long time. Finally grabbed it. A beautiful rose fragrance that lasts all day long giving that fresh feel.

BRITISH ROSE YOGURT:-

💓That Body Yoghurt is so light for summer and perfects to seal the fragrance of British Rose EDT. Basically, I bought it because the sales girl of the shop told me that to seal the fragrance of EDT we need to apply same fragrance body cream but as it is summer to BODY YOGHURT will go perfect now. The body yogurt is so light and easily absorbed in my skin leaving a non-greasy matte look. I am totally fallen in love with this product.

ENGLISH DAWN GARDENIA SHOWER GEL:-
💓Next, the shower gel has such beautiful aqua-floral fragrance that I just grab it without thinking twice. I was looking for some aqua fragrance boy washes and my search ends here. It has a beautiful sweet aqua-floral mixture of fragrance that is pretty new to me and is loving it.

So these are the products that I picked up in my recent THE BODY SHOP STORE trip.

Review on Gia bath and Body works:-

Okay now the name “Gia bath and Body works” is not unknown to all, as the brand is famous for making some beautiful handmade soaps and Shower gels and body mists.

Gayatri who is the owner of the “Gia bath and Body works” came up with idea of handmade cupcakes soaps along with some of her lovely creation. Today I am going to share my experience with all the soaps and shower gels that I ordered from her long back, but didn’t get time to review it.

I ordered almost all soaps that were available at that time….and the shower gels when there was going an offer.

So here are the soaps…..i tried:-

·         Christmas delight.

·         Mocha crème.

·         Sweet nothings.

·         Lavender crème soap.

·         Sandal crème soap.

·         Aloe crème soap.

·         Fullers Earth with Silk. [ not in picture]

·         Rose Absolut Creme'. [not in picture]

·         Papaya crème.

From the Shower gels I tried till now are:-

·         Lemon.

·         Green Apple.

·         Rose absolute.

·         Papaya.

·         Sandalwood.

·         Satsuma.

·         Strawberry.

Apart from this I tried her Whipped Shea Body Butter and Body Buff too sorry it is not pictured... :(

The one good thing I can say about all her stuffs that “all the products smells divine”…the smell she add to her creation is so heavenly that I am afraid to say that one might get addicted to her products. All the packaging of the soaps specially are so beautiful and the bottles of the shower gels are so sturdy and travel friendly too.

The soaps are price reasonable compare to the sizes. One can use the bar entirely or can cut into pieces to use it multiple times. I must say I am not a soap lover, I always prefer to use shower gels but after using Gia bath and body works soaps I simply fallen in love for them. The soaps are not harsh on skin and definitely I can feel that my skin improves a lot as I am far away from any chemicals…. Gia bath and body works products are totally handmade and so they are no chemicals in it. 

Coming to the shower gels, like the soaps they also smell divine. The shower gels are really keeping my skin hydrates and the smell lasts pretty long.

Over in all I can say gayatri always try to bring out some really good soaps…one of her great creation is the exfoliating bar. The exfoliating bar are really a good option who don’t want to spend long time on showers it’s a soap with exfoliating property which will work as dual way…

My new Shower Gel:

Hi,

As i told you before that i am a "productoholic"(a word created by me which means a person obsessed with various products) so i keep changing my shower gel for the search of the right smell i.e.my kinda smell every time a bottle of shower gel came to an end..and telling you the truth that i tried almost all the shower gels of oriflame..this one i brought in the month of June in offer..here it is...

Discover Santorini blue paradise shower gel

Worth:Rs.269/-(i brought in Rs.209/-)

Quantity:250ml 

It comes in blue plastic bottle having flip cap covering the wide open mouth of the bottle.

The shower gel itself slight blue in color.Here it is..

Require less amount and form good foam under shower.

Having a very nice smell of freshness but Alas!!! doesn't stays long just wash away after the bath except the bath place lingers with the smell for an hour !! (really strange)

I will not recommend it to anyone..total wastage of money !!! 

My ratings : 2 out of 5.(It doesn't worth it !!!)

Review: Nivea lemon & oil shower gel

hi,
  today am gonna tell you my review regarding Nivea shower gel.it comes in a transparent plastic bottle.the color of the gel is green having very small exfoliating yellow particles (don't know exactly what they are ! )

 

it has pampering oil pearls and revitalizing lemon scents.it also says "soft skin hydra IQ feelings " . 

it requires a very small amount just like a one rupee coin and has a very sweet lemon scents that lingers while bathing,but stay hardly an hour after bath in humid place like kolkata.but gives a very fresh feelings after bath.

will i buy it again ?

yes,b'coz of the beautiful scents and the felling of freshness.

pocket pinch? - Rs.165/- for 250ml (quite affordable)  .
