Review on Revlon lip balm in shade 225 sultry:-

Probably I am the last one in the entire blogging worldwho is reviewing about Revlon matte balm in shade sultry the most rave shade in this matte balm collection.

Revlon launches their matte balm range and Revlon Colorburst Lacquer Balms few months which was the most rave and hit products from Revlon. Being a lover of matte I focus myself on the matte collection.It launches 8 beautiful shades in matte collection. The matte collection can be described as the velvety matte range. I choose the shade “sultry “among all as it is a beautiful dusty rose shade which is most wearable shade among all. The shade is so versatile that it can be can carry by any skin tone beauties. A perfect shade for office wear or day wears too. 

Coming to the packaging, the packaging of the Revlon Matte balm is matte one .The packaging is little bit similar to the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain with twist up. The cap fits tightly too. The body of the matte balm have the color of the shade similar to it thus easy to decide from outside when in hurry. 

The balm texture is just velvety; it glides super smoothly on lips without any tugging or pulling of lips. The balm yet matte but moisturizing to lips. They are easy to apply, just hold like lipliner, lining the lips first followed by fill the lips with balm and u are done. Next is pigmentation, the lip balm are nicely pigmented. One swipe is enough to go. Like the Revlon just bitten kissable balm stain Revlon matte balms are also has minty scent.  I really love the texture and the staying power of these matte balms. It can survive small snacks. It transfers a bit here and there I cups and glasses but very lightly which is why I am okay with that.

My thoughts: - Revlon matte lip balms are very nice lip balm which is a mixture of velvety matte lipstick plus balm, easy to carry and easy to apply is totally worth the price.

My Pre-winter haul!

Hey friends,

Although  I gave the tittle "my pre-winter haul" but i guess for a makeup freak like us , we don't need any excuses...…agreed? ..Anyways let’s move on…

These I hauled some really nice stuffs …few of them I brought again as I am in love with them and I think nothing can replace its place…rest are just going to be up for review in few days …

Okay here they are:-

I hauled from FACES, REVLON, VEGA, THE BODY SHOP, MAC, LOTUS, YSL and COLORBAR.

From faces I brought two lipsticks in PASSION and READ MY LIPS.

From Revlon I brought moisture stay [I think] lipstick in strawberry.

Two useful brushes…one is eyeliner brush and another is eye smudge brush.

The body shop is offering some exciting offers so I grab body butter and a shower gel.

Finally am ready for the festive season in this winter with my favorite foundation Mac studio fix foundation.

Next is a tinted moisturizer from lotus herbals and a powder matte lipstick from CHAMBOR in DESERT ROSE. Both are my second buy.

Next is Colorbar haul …I brought the primer, the BB Cream and the colorbar lip liner in n*de pink. I finished the first lip pencil and so brought again.

 And finally I laid my hands on YSL lipstick…my first ever buy from this brand …

Now My take:-
The lipstick is matte finish so little drying which is not a issue for me as I love matte finish but might drying on dry lips,so you can apply gloss above the lipstick or lip balm beneath the lipstick to avoid drying.As the lipstick settle to matte finish showing all the lines of lips so its better to exfoliate your lip first before applying the lipstick. 

Okay finally Some Lip swatches Of above three lipstick...I was in hurry so might be the picture quality is not that good :( please ignore that !

Now in short some Pros and Cons.
Pros:-
Nice Pigmented.
Staying power is 4-5 hours.
Little transfer in cups and glass.
Matte finish totally which is great for me :)

Cons:-
Availability might be a issue

My Rating:- 4/5 [for the con]
My recommendation:- If you are matte lover then these are your kind lipsticks .
