My experience:- The palette comes in a cardboard packaging with magnetic closure. It consists of 4 highlighting powders( 2 shimmery, 2 mattes), 2 contour powders, 1 bronzer, and 1 blush. The palette has a mirror but it has no brush.
All the highlighting, contour, bronzer and blush powder are super pigmented. The texture of each powder is soft and they are very easy to blend. There is hardly any fallout I noticed.
There are two shimmery highlighters and two matte one. The shimmer one perfect for highlighting cheekbone while the matte one can be used under eye area to set concealer or to brighten up under eye area.The shimmery highlighters have subtle shimmers in it which can be buildable. But no matter how heavy handed you apply those highlighters you will never go overboard (they don't create the blinding highlighting effect on skin). They don't enhance the pores of the skin and gives a very sheen glow on highlighting part of the face. So definitely the highlighters are worth trying.
Coming to the contour powder, the palette has one warm tone and one cool tone contour powder, along with that there is a matte bronzer (yes you can say the third contour powder can be used as a bronzer). All the shades are super pigmented so it is suggested to apply these contour powder light-handed.
Lastly, the blush is a beautiful pink color matte texture blush which will look good on fair to medium skin tone beauties. It might washout on duskier skin tones. The texture of the blush is super soft and again it is also super pigmented.
Overall the palette although named as highlighter and contour palette but it is a complete palette of highlighters, contour powders, bronzer, and blush. If the money is not a concern for you then definitely this palette is worth buying as you don't need to carry any of these separately while traveling. This one palette and you are sorted.

The palette comes in a cardboard packaging. It has a magnetic closure. Inside the palette, there is a mirror. The palette has no brush. The palette is sleek and small and thus easy to carry while traveling.
My experience:- Both the palette consists of 1 contour powder, 1 highlighter and 1 blush each. The palette has awesome pigmentation. The texture of the powders are very buttery and they blend superbly on skin giving a flawless look. The staying power is also good. It stays 8 hours intact on my skin in this winter. The highlighter is also good as it doesn't enhance pores of the skin.
Although I feel there should be another shade range for dusky skin beauties as both the palette are good for fair to medium skin tones mostly [maybe in future Sugar cosmetic add one new shade in this range :) ].

In short, I am loving both the palette a lot. Now I can say that finally, we have an affordable face palette which is available in India easily.

Contouring is one of the most important parts of makeup nowadays. People are learning and taking the contouring part very seriously as it gives a proper structure to face.
It actually took me months to learn the art of contouring. As contouring always depends on facial structure.
Now a few months back I pick up ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS CONTOUR KIT (THE ORIGINAL ONE, POWDER FORM). Today's post is all about this amazing kit.

The kit comes in a black cardboard box. The box has a magnetic closure. Inside the box, there are 3 powder highlighter powder and 3 contour powder. The powders are refilled type. One can get 3g of each powder in this palette. As the powders are in refill form so once you end up any powder from this palette you can buy it as a single from the website and put it inside the palette inserts. In this way, you don't need to buy the whole palette again and again. The magnet of the palette holds the refills really strong thus there is no chance of breakage while traveling.
My experience:-
Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit comes in three shades. I picked up the shade light to medium as I am warm undertone with fair skin tone.
The 3 highlighter powders in the kit are VANILLA, BANANA, SAND. The 3 contour powders in the kit are JAVA, FAWN, HAVANA.
All the powders in this palette are buttery in texture. Thus, they all blend easily giving a perfect contour look. Both highlighters and contour powders are matte in texture except the highlighter SAND, which has subtle shimmer on it.
Pigmentation:- All the highlighting powder are medium pigmented so it is very easy to control the amount of it while the contour powders are super pigmented. So one needs to careful with contour powders.
Staying power:- The contour powders stay on my skin for 6-7 hours with sight fading if I don't use the primer. While the highlighting powder lasts long forever, I mean unless and until you remove it.
Among all the highlighting powders I like the shade BANANA as this one particularly just perfect to set under eye concealer. And according to my skin tone the shade HAVANA goes really well for contouring. Rest of the powders I use on others while doing makeup.
Down Points:- The price of the kit is little higher and moreover, this kit is not available in India so if you are planning to buy it then either you had to buy it from International website or from Insta stores which might charge a bomb. So definitely it is the down point about this product.
Next point is, this is a contour kit, which has three different options for highlight and contour so if you are not a makeup artist or if you don't do makeup on your sisters or cousins then this kit might be useless for you. As it consists of three probable shades of highlighter and contour for different light to medium skin tones.
But again this kit has many dupe in other brands which are easily available in India like NYX, MAKEUPREVOLUTION. So if you can't grab Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit then definitely you can try out kit from above-mentioning brands.
Final Verdict:- Overall I love the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit and I will definitely recommend it to try it.
