REVIEW AND SWATCHES OF ENTIRE LAKME 9 TO 5 NATURALE RANGE

Finally, Lakme is back by launching an entirely new range. LAKME 9 TO 5 NATURALE RANGE is the current talk of makeup among makeup lovers. A range that claimed to have infused Aloe vera in it. A range that is just perfect for this scorching heat of summer.

LAKME 9 TO 5 NATURALE RANGE is currently available in all Lakme stores and on online Nykaa too. The range has one ALOE VERA GEL, one FINISHING POWDER, and 15 MATTE LIPSTICKS.

From the entire range, I picked up ALOE VERA GEL, FINISHING POWDER, and 4 MATTE LIPSTICKS.

ALOE VERA GEL:-

Price:- Rs.200 for 50 gm of product.

Lakme ALOE VERA GEL comes in a tub kind of packaging. The price of the gel is really affordable one. The color of the gel is light green in the tub but it looks colorless on fingers when I take it out from the tub. The gel has a mild fragrance in it which is soothing to my sensitive nose. It acts as a skin soother for this summer and one can use this gel as a makeup base too.

FINISHING POWDER:-

Price:- Rs.550/- for 8gm of product.

Lakme finishing powder comes in a tub kind of packaging. inside the tube, there is a lid with small holes in it through which you can control the amount of flow of loose powder you need for a single use. The FINISHING POWDER comes with a puff which is no use. I prefer blending the powder with a beauty blender or any big makeup brush which meant for the face. The FINISHING POWDER comes in a universal shade which means it will suit every skin tone. The powder is silver-white in color when swatching on sunlight but it looks like regular powder in shades. The powder blends easily on my skin giving a subtle kind of glow. The powder works perfectly for all skin and it doesn't dry up my skin further. 

LAKME NATURALE MATTE LIPSTICKS:-

 Price:- Rs.550/- each for 2.2g of product.

LAKME NATURALE MATTE LIPSTICKS comes in 15 new shades. The packaging of the lipsticks looks classy. The twist-up pencil packaging is actually good for traveling. Moreover, due to twist up packaging, there is no wastage of product. The lipstick looks almost similar in texture, pigmentation and even in fragrance with those LAKME MASABA LIPS. The only difference between these are Lakme Naturale lipsticks are less pricer than those masaba lips. The first layer of these matte lipsticks are bit waxy but once the first layer wears off the texture of these matte lipsticks are smooth and they glide smoothly on my lips. They transfer a bit after few minutes of application but once it settles on lips as comfort matte these turn out transfer proof. The lipstick doesn't stain my lips but it fades a bit whenever I eat or drink something. The fading of lipsticks is also so even that I can carry those color for 1 or 2 hours more with that fading one.

Overall LAKME NATURALLE range is a range that is worth mentioning. The aloe vera gel, finishing powder is definitely my favorite and I would love to recommend it to all. But the matte lipsticks colors look repetitive shades and so I don't feel the excitement of grabbing new shades from this range. But still, if masaba lips are your favorites then you definitely gonna love these lipsticks too.

BEST OF LAKME 9-5 PRIME + MATTE LIPSTICK SWATCHES

Hey Everyone,

As Durga Puja is just around the corner so probably you will see loads of makeup and beauty related talk for festivals on my blog and on my youtube Channel too for a few weeks from now.

So recently Lakme has launched 30 beautiful shades in their Lakme 9-5 PRIME + MATTE lipsticks range (Thankfully!!! ).
So it is a big confusion that which lipsticks one should pick from this entire Range.
So after a lot of research, I managed to grab four lipsticks.

Price:- Rs. 480/- for 3.6g.
Availability:- Lakme stores, Nykaa store (online too), Amazon.in

The shades I picked are:-

MAPLE MAP- A perfect nude lipstick for daily wear, perfect for fair to medium skin tone. One of my recent favorite nude lipstick.

ROSY SUNDAY- A perfect rosy nude shade of lipstick that will look equally flattering on all skin tone. Due to such versatile shade of this lipstick, that people are loving it so much. So, yes, it is a very famous shade in this entire range for which almost everyone has it).

PLUM PICK- A beautiful magenta kind of pink shade which will look beautiful on all complexion.

BERRY BASE- A perfect berry shade with red undertone a bit. Again a versatile shade for everyone.

Packaging:-
 
The lipsticks come in a rose gold kind of carton box (like the usual packaging of 9-5 Lakme range). The lipstick comes in a glossy rose gold metal look case (same the usual 9-5 range of Lakme). Overall I love the packaging as the case of the lipsticks are so "Luxe".

My experience:-

Lakme definitely doing a great job nowadays by coming up one after another some awesome lipstick range. And this Lakme 9-5 PRIME + MATTE lipsticks range is one of the most affordable lipsticks. The texture of the lipstick is satin matte. They glide super smoothly on lips. It turns a bit matte after few minutes of application but definitely, it stays comfortable on lips for hours. Previously Lakme lipsticks do have a strong scent for which I use to avoid buying Lakme lipsticks but this one has no smell ( a very light smell which fades after few seconds of application) for which I just love it. The pigmentation of the lipstick is quite good as 1-2 swipes is enough to get an opaque coverage. The lipsticks stay pretty 4-5 hours on my lips ( declining the claim of 9-5 hours). The lighter shades fade leaving no stain while the brighter and darker shades leave a light stain on my lips which is at least a good point for me. I love the lipsticks that stain my lips as after fading I can still wear it few more hours.

Overall these lipsticks are definitely budget friendly and must have lipsticks for your stash. Moreover, the shade range is so vast I guess everyone can find out at least something for them for sure.

REVIEW OF LAKME PRIME +MATTE POWDER FOUNDATION

Hi everyone,
Lakme is coming up with a new product PRIME +MATTE POWDER FOUNDATION  in 6 different shades. This foundation will be available very soon in all online and Lakme store.

Price:- Rs.600/- for 9g of the product.

So, recently Lakme has sent me three different shade from this Prime +matte foundation range and I was really excited to try out.

So, here is the video on the same where I shared my review, a demo using LAKME PRIME +MATTE POWDER FOUNDATION  and swatches of all three foundations that I got.



The shades I received are IVORY CREAM, SILKY GOLDEN, and HONEY DEW.
