REVIEW OF WET N WILD BRETMAN ROCK "JUNGLE ROCK" PALETTE

WET N WILD BRETMAN ROCK "JUNGLE ROCK" PALETTE is one of the most colorful palette I have ever seen. It comes in a beautiful jungle theme printed sturdy cardboard packaging. The palette has magnetic closure but it has no mirror or no brush in it.

The 15 pan eyeshadow palette has a mixture of matte and shimmers eyeshadows. The mattes are pigmented but they are a little hard in texture or rather I would say little grainy I felt in fingers but it blended nicely on the eyes (shockingly). The Shimmers are easy to blend and very pigmented too.
Over in all a beautiful colorful affordable limited edition palette has been launched by WET N WILD in collaboration with BRETMAN ROCK. I picked this palette from an Instagram seller MAKEUP_AND_U  in Rs.1800/- (Indian currency).
The palette never launched in India so you had to get it from the seller or any international website.

ABH is one of the most famous brands when it comes to eyeshadows because the quality of the eyeshadows speaks out louder. Today I am up with my ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS RIVIERA PALETTE that was gifted by my bestie NABAMITA. 

It was a birthday gift and the moment I got it I feel like "I JUST TOUCHED HEAVEN". 

Anyways not getting too much philosophical with the palette, coming back to my today's post.

WHY I LOVE IT:-

PACKAGING:- The palette reminds me of sailer collection due to the packaging. The cardboard box is really sturdy and you can feel the texture of the box just by touching. The palette comes with a mirror and a dual-ended brush. It has a magnetic closure. 

MY EXPERIENCE:- No brownie point on guessing that I love the palette. ABH is one of my favorite brands when it comes to choosing an eyeshadow palette. I already have the following palette from ABH in my stash.

I love all of them. It is really hard to choose which one you like and which one you hate. The eyeshadows in this palette are super pigmented, easily blendable and I love the color story of this palette. It has so many bold shades in it that it actually makes the palette look colorful. 

Overall a beautiful, pigmented palette that I loved and so happy to have it in my stash.

The palette is very pretty. The color story screams out that it is a "Smokin hot" palette. All the eyeshadows are damn pigmented. you can see the swatches says everything. The palette has 9 pan eyeshadows and they all have a mixed texture like metallics and matte eyeshadows.

There are no fallouts and all shades are easily blendable ones. 

Overall a perfect SMOKEY palette for makeup lovers.

Hi everyone,

So taking a break from lipstick review series today I am up with one of my recent buy, an eyeshadow palette review. JUVIA'S PLACE is one of my favourite brand of eyeshadow. I already have their  SAHARAN PALETTE, MASQUERADE PALETTE, NUBIAN 2 PALETTE, ZULU PALETTE. And today I am going to review DOUCE PALETTE, which is one of that palette whose shades are experimental and tricky. A perfect palette for the holiday season.

DESCRIPTION:-

A sweet blend of metallic hues and matte shades. A creamy velvety feel infused with rich pigmentation.

Packaging:-

The art of packaging of this palette is worth mentioning. The palette comes in a sturdy and sleek cardboard box with African figures on it. The palette has a holographic design. There is magnetic closure in it. The palette has the perfect size for travel.

My Experience:-


JUVIA'S PLACE DOUCE PALETTE is a palette which has shades that are experimental ones. The palette has mostly those shades which we generally don't reach out on daily basis so this palette is only for an eyeshadow lover who can feel the beauty of this palette and love to create experimental looks with eyeshadows.

The palette has mixtures of 9 matte and shimmers. The texture, quality, pigmentation and staying power of the eyeshadows are too good. The eyeshadows have a buttery texture. They are pigmented so one needs to control the application of the eyeshadows during creating looks. They blend easily and there is a very small amount of fallouts.

Overall I am loving this JUVIA'S PLACE DOUCE PALETTE and yes it is another awesome palette from this brand in my collection.

Application Tips –  

Always use your favorite brush when painting your mug. Use a regular, but stronger brush to get the most color. For blending, using softer brushes is the way to go. To line the eyes, it’s best to use small, angled brushes.

The name of the palette written in golden glitter on top of carton box and on the top of the palette have the holographic design of eye makeup which makes the packaging of the palette beautiful. At the back of the carton box of the palette there is a message from Mannymua also which gives a personal touch to the palette.The palette comes up with a mirror which has a beautiful design surrounding it and in the mirror, it is written: "BE A QUEEN" which actually makes you feel special like MannyMua itself saying it to you whenever you open it...I know I am getting emotional with the packaging but if you truly love eyeshadow palette's packaging then this packaging of the palette definitely going to steal your heart.The palette comes up with a dual end high quality brush with which you can do some perfect eye makeup as the brush is so soft as well as we can do touch up too.

My Experience:-

Well, I am a big fan of Mannymua. Whatever I learned about eye makeup I learned mostly from his videos. So whenever he collab with any brands I make sure that I grab something from his collaboration and I keep on doing it till now. So when he launched his palette it was definite that I wanted it for my stash.
So the palettes has 14 shades of different finish matte, satin, and glitter. The palettes have 8 neutrals and 6 colored shades which together make the palette so colorful. The texture of each eyeshadow is buttery. And there is hardly any fallout. The eyeshadows are easy to blend and they are super pigmented. Even the shades of blue and purple blends easily which seem little difficult to work with.
Overall I just love love love the palette and it is a priceless and another beautiful palette for my collection.
