THE BODY SHOP HAUL

We all love skincare and for me, skincare is mostly about fragrance. The first thing I always notice while buying skincare(not face products obviously...LOL ) is a good fragrance.  And my search always ends up in THE BODY SHOP store. So recently I picked three products from THE BODY SHOP.

They are:-

• EDT BRITISH ROSE (Price:- Rs.1195/-).
• BRITISH ROSE YOGURT (Price:- Rs.845/-)
• ENGLISH DAWN GARDENIA BODY WASH (Price:-Rs.625/-).

EDT BRITISH ROSE:-

💓Love their EDT and that British Rose was in my wishlist from a pretty long time. Finally grabbed it. A beautiful rose fragrance that lasts all day long giving that fresh feel.

BRITISH ROSE YOGURT:-

💓That Body Yoghurt is so light for summer and perfects to seal the fragrance of British Rose EDT. Basically, I bought it because the sales girl of the shop told me that to seal the fragrance of EDT we need to apply same fragrance body cream but as it is summer to BODY YOGHURT will go perfect now. The body yogurt is so light and easily absorbed in my skin leaving a non-greasy matte look. I am totally fallen in love with this product.

ENGLISH DAWN GARDENIA SHOWER GEL:-
💓Next, the shower gel has such beautiful aqua-floral fragrance that I just grab it without thinking twice. I was looking for some aqua fragrance boy washes and my search ends here. It has a beautiful sweet aqua-floral mixture of fragrance that is pretty new to me and is loving it.

So these are the products that I picked up in my recent THE BODY SHOP STORE trip.

Avon Little gold Dress Perfume :-

Just a day left for Diwali and so here I am starting by wishing everyone “A VERY HAPPY AND SAFE DIWALI”.

In this festive season Avon brings a dazzling fragrance “Little gold Dress”. 

Avon claimation: - Avon claims the perfume to be fruity in smell. The fruity floral oriental spray opens with a bright burst of citrus from Clementine and luscious notes of Peach juice and Purple plum.

Price: - Rs.1199/-

The perfume is available from October 2013 through Avon representative only.

Now coming to my take:-

Well, I am silent lover perfume. When it comes about buying perfume what attract most is the packaging first. The more it is attractive the more I get tempted so when I got this perfume I was at first not at all impress by its simple packaging although the simple and elegant look with golden glitter cap on it tried to create a festive look in the perfume which I think they succeed to some extent .

Now coming to the perfume smell…it smells nice but the smell I found little mild which stays hardly 2 hours on me…Avon claims it has fruity smell which is true to its claimation to some extent as I found it mixture of fruity and floral fragrance…

The only con I found in it that it is available through Avon representative only …
 Over in all I can say that a decent packaging perfume with mild fruity smells can be your choice in this festive season… like me :)
