ABH is one of the most famous brands when it comes to eyeshadows because the quality of the eyeshadows speaks out louder. Today I am up with my ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS RIVIERA PALETTE that was gifted by my bestie NABAMITA. 

It was a birthday gift and the moment I got it I feel like "I JUST TOUCHED HEAVEN". 

Anyways not getting too much philosophical with the palette, coming back to my today's post.

WHY I LOVE IT:-

PACKAGING:- The palette reminds me of sailer collection due to the packaging. The cardboard box is really sturdy and you can feel the texture of the box just by touching. The palette comes with a mirror and a dual-ended brush. It has a magnetic closure. 

MY EXPERIENCE:- No brownie point on guessing that I love the palette. ABH is one of my favorite brands when it comes to choosing an eyeshadow palette. I already have the following palette from ABH in my stash.

• MODERN RENAISSANCE PALETTE HERE.
• SOFT GLAM PALETTE HERE
• NORVINA PALETTE HERE

I love all of them. It is really hard to choose which one you like and which one you hate. The eyeshadows in this palette are super pigmented, easily blendable and I love the color story of this palette. It has so many bold shades in it that it actually makes the palette look colorful. 

Overall a beautiful, pigmented palette that I loved and so happy to have it in my stash.

Packaging:-

Norvina Eye Shadow Palette is almost similar in packaging with ABH MODERN RENAISSANCE PALETTE and ABH SOFT GLAM PALETTE. Only the outer packaging color of this palette is light lavender. The palette comes up with a mirror and with a dual-ended brush. The palette has 14 mixed finish eyeshadows.

My Experience:-

The palette is a cool tone palette. Most of the shades are cool tone and so the first glimpse of this palette create a mixed kind feeling among makeup lovers. Few just love it and comes up with some awesome eye makeup while few just skipped it silently.
I grabbed this palette because I love the shade range in this palette. Being a warm undertone skin tone, it is quite challenging to try out this palette. And secondly, it is an off bit kind of palette, something that I don't have in my stash before this one.

The shades are quite pigmented. The shadows are easily blendable and very less fallout. The shades are very soft in texture and not powdery. The metallics are soft and if you touch it with the finger you can feel it is pressed metallic eyeshadows which will work best with fingers or with a flat damp eyeshadow brush. The pastel shades are little lighter and that's why they may be show less on dusky skin tone. The pastel shades need 2-3 layering to get the exact shade on eyelid whereas the bold ones are just to go. In fact, bold shades should be used light handed as they are very pigmented.

 In short, it is another great creation of ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS. I just love the palette.

The palette comes in a beautiful beige color cardboard box. The box and the palette are of same beige color with the name of the palette emboss on it in white. The outer cover of the palette has a velvety finish.


The palette consists of 14 beautiful shades. The box of the palette is sturdy one and it closes with a magnetic closure. It comes with a mirror and a dual-ended brush. The dual ended brush has one side eyeshadow brush whereas another side is the blending brush. The bristles of the blending brush are little scratchy and it picks a lot of product whereas the eyeshadow brush is less harsh on skin and easy to use. The brush is actually perfect for touch up only.

My Experience:-

The shade TEMPERA and BURNT ORANGE  are two common shades that are present in both ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS Modern Renaissance palette and in ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS Soft Glam Palette. Leaving these two all are totally different shades.

The palette consists of 14 beautiful mixed shades of neutrals. It is actually a matte and shimmer mixed neutral shades palette which is perfect for every skin tone. The palette is perfect for both daytime and evening look. All the shades are super pigmented even the matte shades too.  Even without primer, the eyeshadows are super pigmented one. The texture of the eyeshadows is so soft that they blend easily. But few eyeshadows have minimal fallout which is ok because the shades are super pigmented as I told you earlier. The most amazing part of this palette is that all the neutral shades are equally pigmented like the dark shades. And the shimmer ones are super pigmented.
 
The staying power of the eyeshadows is worth mentioning. They stay pretty 7 hours plus without any primer on my oily lids. After 7 hours there is slight fading and smudging of shades during summer on my oily lids but that can be fixed with a primer and a setting spray.


Drawback:-
 

• The palette is a bit costly when it comes to ordering it from the website as they have shipping plus customs. So in India, grabbing this palette is a bit problem. So, if you want to grab this palette hassle free then Instagram sellers are the good options for you. And if you want to grab it is less price then check out this palette during LABOUR DAY SALE  or BLACK FRIDAY SALE (when they have almost 20% off on selected products including this palette too).
• Secondly, all the shades are pretty dupeable one in the palette so if you can't grab it you can look for the dupes but I admit that the quality of the palette is something that is worth mentioning.

Overall ANASTASIA SOFT GLAM PALETTE is one of the best palettes that is created by the brand. And the palette is permanent one so anybody can grab it anytime. The palette is a versatile palette full of neutrals shades for everyone to create a different kind of neutral and bold looks for every season. I am amazed by the pigmentation of the eyeshadows in the palette and I think this palette is a must-have palette in your stash if you are an eyeshadow lover like me.

Today I am up with review and swatches of famous highlighter ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILL HIGHLIGHTER "AMAREZY".

When it's come about ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILL(ABH) brand, I think this brand doesn't need any introduction. The products of ABH are so good that once you try it, you will definitely going to try out more from this brand.

After laying my hands on  ABH LIP PALETTE, ABH CONTOUR PALETTE, ABH MODERN RENAISSANCE EYESHADOW PALETTE , I decided to try out ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILL HIGHLIGHTER "AMAREZY".

The highlighter comes in a black velvet carton box with gold prints on it which looks so classy. Moving to the highlighter case it is a glossy black case with same gold prints on it. The highlighter comes in a beautiful wavy self-design.

My Experience:-

The highlighter is a beautiful light gold in shade. The texture of the highlighter is really soft. It doesn't have any chunky glitters and so it blends effortlessly on my skin. The highlighter gives a very soft subtle glow on my skin. If used with a light hand it gives a sheen glow which is buildable one. The highlighter doesn't enhance my pores and it stays throughout the day giving that healthy glow.

Overall I love this highlighter and definitely, I would love to recommend you all to try it. As it is a limited edition so if you like it grab it fast.

Finally, a perfect lip palette launched in the makeup world which is just perfect for everyone(if you are a makeup lover).

The lip palette comes in a black cardboard box. On top of the box, the name of the brand and product written silver/white and golden letters.
The lip palette itself comes with a mixing plate and with a dual-ended spatula come brush. The lid of the lip palette is transparent for which one can see the colors from outside of the palette.

My experience:-
 
I picked up the lip palette when it was just newly launched. I bought it from an Instagram seller in Rs.4000/-.
The very first day I saw the palette online I was tempted to try it as I am a sucker for lip products (especially lipsticks).
The palette contains all the probable beautiful shades that one needs in life to create different looks. Along with that, it has 5 primary colors in this palette with which one can customize any shade if they have the knowledge of right proportion of mixing each shade otherwise they might end up creating some mess (like me :P).
All the shades in this palette are matte in texture. There is no shimmery shade (thankfully!!!). The darker shades are super pigmented while the lighter shades are little streaky. One need to layer the lighter shades to get opaque coverage while it is easy to work with darker shades.
 The lip color glides easily on my lips. The lip brush that comes with the palette is perfect for lining and filling of lips. The texture of the lip color for first few minutes might look satin but it will turn to matte after 30 minutes of application. It stays pretty 5 hours on my lips. But as these are not transfer-proof matte lip colors so they just keep on fading with every food or drink we have in between. Now I don't recommend you to go for touch up of these lip color once it fades because it is a bit difficult to carry a whole palette everywhere for touch up of a particular color or your customized color.

The lip palette is basically good for a makeup artist or makeup lover who love to experiment with lip color. But if you are just a makeup lover who just loves makeup and love to collect individual lipstick rather than a palette then you can happily skip this palette because all the shades are dupeable in many other brands in form of individual lipstick.

The downside:-

• Firstly the price of the palette is too much. One can really feel the burn in the pocket while buying it so better you grab it in the sale.
• Secondly, I found the quantity of each lip color in the palette is less for which you can hit the pan after 3-4 usage from a corner.
• Thirdly as it has no mirror so one might feel the burden to carry the palette while traveling.
• Fourthly carrying a separate mixing tray while traveling is a bit awkward too as you might lose it in the travel bag during traveling (like I did thrice).

Overall If you want me to rate the palette I will give it 4/5 as the quality of the lip color in the palette is too good and I love the comfort matte texture of these lip colors. All I wish they had refills for popular colors in this palette :(
