Today i am going to share with you Swatches of my    NYX Luscious Lipgloss Palette in naturals.

The shade i brought is NATURALS.

Anyways the swatches are here...

The shade 1 is brownish.
The shade 2 is light brown
The shade 3 is light pink
The shade 4 is reddish
The shade 5 is a medium tone brown.

Now what i feel !

Well I brought this palette in discount from Cherrycuture.com.I personally don't love glosses but when i saw this palette i can't stop myself to buy it as i was tempted.But After i brought I must say this is pure lip gloss.All the lip gloss lover will love it for sure. The glosses can be wear by mixing altogether or by taking two or three desired shades of your wish or can be worn as single alone or above lipstick.The Glosses are light in texture and easy to blend.The only bad thing is the brush comes with these palettes are totally useless as they are hard to apply...So i prefer to dab by fingers or other lip brushes !

Now Pros:-

• It is true gloss.
• All the shades are wearable.
• Light in texture.
• Easy to blend if you want to experiment with two or more shades altogether.
• Staying power is 2-3 hours without having food or drinks.

Now the cons:-

• Availability might be a issue.
• Pricey in indian online stores.
• The brush given with it is totally useless.

My recommendation :-
I will not say that it is a must buy stuff but if you are a gloss lover then you can have it...else there is nothing to die for for me ...:)

Hello friends,
Recently i won colorbar contest of "liked and shared" and they told me they will send me gift coupon...but to my utter surprise see what i got...A lovely Parcel...

I opened it hurriedly and found It's A true gloss in coral Craving Shade (i don't know how the Colorbar came to know that this gloss was on my Wishlist on the very first day i saw it ).

I can't resist myself to apply the color onto my lips so here is the pics but i will review it soon. :)

Lip glosses ! we love this product in fact some of us can't even live without it...like me.but have we ever thought where from this lip gloss comes?why it became necessary to invent lip glosess where as lipstick were already there?...well, who cares right??? but still here is a little glimpse of its history,just thought to share...
Lip gloss is a product used primarily to give lips a glossy lustre and sometimes subtle color. 

It is distributed as a liquid or a soft solid (not to be confused with lip balm, which generally has medicinal or soothing purposes). It can be completely clear, translucent, or various shades of opacity, including frosted, glittered, glassy, and metallic finishes.

Lip gloss is usually used as a cosmetic, however some offer moisturizing benefits or protection from the elements and other natural causes. Lip gloss containing sunscreen was first advertised by actress Lillian Gish.

Lip gloss was invented by Max Factor in 1930. He wanted to create a lip product that would make lips shiny and glossy for films. He developed makeup specifically for actresses starring in black and white films. Women were inspired by movie actresses and they also wanted makeup.The first commercially available lip gloss was Max Factor's X-Rated, launched in 1932.

 

In 1973, Bonne Bell introduced the first flavored lip gloss, Lip Smackers. Lip Smackers were, and still are, popular among young teenagers. 

 Initially Lip Smackers came in two sizes: small and big. The small ones could be kept in the pocket and the big ones had a rope to hang around the neck. It was advertised that before a date, a teen girl should choose an appropriate flavor because that would be her date's first taste when their lips kissed hers.

Natural makeup companies have made progress in creating lip gloss with mainly natural ingredients except for preservatives...

 My wishlist include Kryolan lip glosses...heard a lot of good things about it..wanna try !
