Nykaa is one the most popular online website for our one-stop beauty destination. Now recently Nykaa started launching their own line of makeup in which they recently launched "MATTEILICIOUS CRAYON LIPSTICKS".
Price:- Rs.650/- for 2.8g. Availability:- Nykaa online and Nykaa store.
These crayon lipsticks are available in 8 new shades, in which I pick two shades: LACY LUCK and KISS-N-TELL. LACY LUCK: It is beautiful neutral brown kind of shade which will go perfectly on fair to medium skin tone beauties.
KISS-N-TELL: It is a dark red shade which will work beautifully across all skin tones.
Packaging:-
The crayon lipsticks come in a signature carton box (red) of nykaa cosmetics. The crayon lipstick comes in a broad black crayon pencil kind of packaging. Each crayon lipstick comes up with an individual sharpener.
My Experience:-
The crayon lipsticks are super pigmented, 1-2 swipe is enough to get opaque coverage. The texture of the crayons is creamy for which they glide super smoothly on lips giving a very velvety kind of finish on lips.
The lip crayons although turn comforts matte texture after few minutes of application. But these lip crayons are not transferred proof so one has to be careful while eating or drinking. It fades a little bit from the middle part of lips whenever I eat any oily foods(which is quite a common factor in most of the lipsticks) for which I prefer to touch up every time it fades. The lip crayons due to high pigmentation stay pretty 6 hours on my lips. The fading process happens so evenly that one can carry these lip color one hour more after fading.
The only down point about this lip crayon is that these crayons need to sharpen which mean there is wastage of a little amount of product. I wish they come up with twist-up packaging.

Hi Guys, So today I am going to review the newly launched MAYBELLINE COLOR SHOW INTENSE CRAYONS. Maybelline has launched this COLOR SHOW INTENSE CRAYONS in 10 different shades. I picked up two shade from this entire range as these are all usual red, pink, orange shades (I am actually bored of reviewing same shades everytime from a different brand ...lol). Price:- Rs 450/- (now in a discounted price of Rs.383/- ) in Nykaa.com for 3.5ml of product. Availability:- Maybelline stores, Nykaa.com, Amazon.in
I picked up FIERCE FUSHCIA and FLAMING ORANGE.
Packaging:- The crayons come in usual crayon kind of packaging like we have already seen in other brands crayon. The packaging wise it is very convenient as it is easy to use and carry.
My Experience:-
The crayons are supposed to be matte finish as claimed by the brand. So I was really excited to try it out. As I loved the powder matte range (reviewed here) and their creamy matte lipstick (reviewed here) range. But the moment I swatched it and applied it to my lips I found that these crayons are actually lip gloss with high pigments in a crayon packaging.
The texture is very creamy and glides super easily on lips. They keep my lips hydrated throughout the day. I need to keep on retouching these shades as they fade very quickly with every small meal or drink I intake. And somehow I feel that if I layer the product more then it feels heavy on my lips. The lip crayons are not transferred proof at all and that's why they do transfer here and there crazily. Now this is one thing which I hate about any lipsticks(I mean you can't even keep your hair open as if the wind blows all will stick to your glossy lips...! ) But in all bad things the good things are these lip crayons are just perfect for people with dry lips because it will keep the lips moisturized. Moreover, as winter is approaching so I might reach towards these crayons more than other matte ones. So definitely it is a perfect crayon for all dry lips people or people who love creamy/glossy lipsticks.
Overall I am ok with these crayons. As I am a matte lipstick lover so might be I don't buy any more shades in this range. But definitely, people who love creamy /glossy lipstick they should try out this one for sure.

My experience:- The matte lip crayons come in 10 beautiful shades. The crayon is 2.2gm which means these are so small that you can carry it anywhere easily. The shade range has some red, pink, orange, coral, brown which are pretty dupeable ones. The texture of the lip crayons is matte. They glide smoothly on lips. The pigmentation of lip crayons are medium pigmented which can be buildable by swiping the lip crayon little more than usual. The lip crayons have semi-matte feels on lips that hardly survive on small snacks or drinks as all transfer a bit. The only drawback that I feel is the light shades of lip crayons in this range might not show up as much like the darker one on a pigmented lips.
Overall, Lakme enrich Matte lip crayons are the most affordable lip crayon right now among all drugstore brand as these lip crayons are semi -matte in texture and pigmented enough to build up the shade color. Moreover, I always review makeup that is a little pocket pinch to college goers always but this lip crayon range is quite affordable for everyone I guess.
So, if you want something pocket -friendly lip color then you can give this range a try.
