Packaging:-

The Packaging of matte gloss is almost the same as the other liquid lipsticks from an International brand like "Jefreestar lipsticks", Dose of Color or Sugar pill. But the bottle of PAC is a little sleek than the above-mentioned brand's packaging. The bottom of the glass tube of PAC RETRO MATTE GLOSS is transparent for which one can see the shade from outside. The wand is a doe foot applicator. The applicator is soft and easy to line and fill up the lips.

My Experience:-

The texture of PAC RETRO MATTE GLOSS is a balanced kind of, it is neither too runny nor too thick. A thin layer of color is enough to get an opaque coverage on lips. The lipsticks are liquid lipsticks but they are comfort matte on my lips. They don't dry up insanely with time giving quench for something moisturizing for lips. And so it stays nicely 5-6 hours on my lips. The lipsticks once dried become transfer-proof and smudge-proof. They only fade if you eat anything oily. Otherwise, it stays intact throughout the day.
PAC Cosmetics claims that the new lip shades have little better formula than old shades and I agree with that claim as me too feel that the new lip shades are better and more comfort matte on lips.

Overall if you are looking for some affordable and great quality of liquid lipsticks that are equally as good as "Kylie Cosmetics" then definitely you should give these lipsticks a try. PAC RETRO MATTE GLOSS are more affordable and almost same in texture, pigmentation and staying power.

REVIEW & SWATCHES OF PAC RETRO MINI LIPSTICK SETS

Today I am up with PAC RETRO MINI LIP KITS review and swatches. 

Pac cosmetics lately coming up with one after another some good products. And among these new launches, one is these MINI LIPSTICKS SETS. I guess it is the first time that we are getting some lipsticks from drugstore brand in India in mini size like those of International brands.

There is 4 range of shades in these mini sets. They are N*DE, PINK-N*DE, PURPLE & BROWN. In each set, there are 4 different shades of mini lipsticks. These mini lipsticks are totally newly launched shades. They claim that these mini lipstick shades are not the mini version of full lipsticks. Both are totally different.

I picked up two set PINK-N*DE and PINK. Each mini have 3ml of products (whereas the full size has 6.5ml of products).

PAC RETRO MINI LIP KITS comes in a cute, compact packaging. One can carry the entire set while traveling or as singles in their small purse and pouches.

My Experience:-
 
PAC RETRO MINI LIP KITS are one of the best launches of Pac cosmetics. I love the formula of these minis. I feel that these minis are less drying compare to the full-size liquid matte ones. All the shades are super pigmented. One or two swipe is enough to get the opaque coverage. They are neither patchy during application nor flaky after the lipsticks dry out.  The lipsticks stay 6 hours + on my lips. These are transfer-proof and they hardly transfer if you eat or drink anything. They fade(only from middle part of lips) only if you eat any oily food. Otherwise, these PAC RETRO MINI LIP KITS are totally worth buying lipsticks.

Recently PAC is one brand that is launching one after another some good products after launching a huge line of brushes. The brushes are quite affordable and very good in quality. I personally own only one brush till now from this brand but I am seriously planning to buy few more from this brand.

8. BONITO Miracle Complexion Sponge 

The reason of having this brand sponge in this list because BONITO SPONGE CAN BE EASILY COMPARABLE TO REAL TECHNIQUE SPONGE. I bought this sponge just after it launched on amazon.in as I heard loads of good reviews over it and that's why I Pick up almost all color of sponge from this brand as they are priced only Rs.199/-. And I am using it for a couple of days now and am loving it a lot so I think it is worth sharing tool on this list.

9. COASTAL SCENT BRUSHES:-
 
There was a time when people was dying to have brushes from this brand. I am a big fan of COASTAL SCENTS BRUSHES. The shipping charges of products when shop directly from the website can burn your pocket throughout the year so keep your eye open during BLACK FRIDAY SALE when they usually have 50% off on entire site mostly. So yes this is another brand of brushes that makes out its place in this list too.

10. Colorbar Brushes and VEGA:-
 
Last but not the least two more brands that I would love to recommend here in this list as without these two brand this list going to be incomplete. As the post is all about TOP 10 so I include two brands at one point. Silly me :P I know :D
VEGA and Colorbar are two brand that has some good brushes at an affordable price. Although the powder and blush brush of Colorbar is a bit scratchy on my skin but they have some awesome eye brushes which I am using now from years whereas VEGA'S professional range of brushes and normal eyeliner and eye shader brushes are worth mentioning.
