REVIEW & DEMO OF SUGAR COSMETICS ACE OF FACE FOUNDATION STICK SHADE EXTENSION

So today I am up with Sugar cosmetics ACE OF FACE FOUNDATION STICK extended range.

Shade Details & Description of the product:
 

• 15 Cappuccino is a light shade with cool undertone.
• 25 Macchiato is a light-medium shade with olive undertone.
• 35 Frappe is a medium shade with neutral undertone.
• 45 Con Panna is a medium beige shade with golden undertone.
• 55 Americano is a medium-deep shade with warm undertone.

Among all the  6 shades of the SUGAR Ace Of Face Foundation Stick, I got shade 15 & shade 25 from the brand to try out.

Sugar cosmetics ACE OF FACE FOUNDATION STICK comes in a stick like the packaging in which one side has the foundation stick whereas the other side has a dense blending brush. The stick foundation is thus perfect for traveling.

My Experience:-
 
Sugar cosmetics ACE OF FACE FOUNDATION STICK is one of my favorite stick foundation for all time. The foundation is creamy in texture and so it is perfect for all type of skin tones. The foundation is very easy to blend, I use wet sponge most of the time to get the flawless look effortlessly. It gives full coverage (covered all my blemishes, pimple mark, and scar). A little amount goes long way. It has a very light texture for which although it covers all my dark spots it feels so light on my skin that sometimes I forget that am wearing it. The foundation stays pretty 7-8 hours during summer and little more during winter of Delhi.

Overall Sugar cosmetics ACE OF FACE FOUNDATION STICK although priced a bit high but every good thing comes with a price tag and so I think if it is little bit pricey still it worth buying.And so I would say that it is a must have stick foundation for people who are looking for a full coverage foundation for every weather.

My Experience:-

Well, I am a person who hardly changes foundation in makeup routine. If I like any foundation I prefer to stick to it only. But FENTY BEAUTY PRO FILT'R Soft Matte Long wear Foundation actually tempts me to try it when it launched as many makeup lovers were swearing by this product. So I grab this foundation.


The foundation is lightweight in texture. The shade 240 is a bang on match to my skin (I am Mac NC 30-35).  The foundation is a matte one so it goes perfectly on oily skin beauties. Dry skin people might feel this foundation bit dry on their skin. The foundation gives medium coverage which is buildable. One need a concealer additional only to hide extreme dark circles or scar or any acne marks else the foundation is good enough to cover all light acne and pimple marks on my skin. The foundation is so lightweight that although if you layer it you won't feel anything heavy on your face. It will give you a flawless, smoothed effects. The foundation stays 8-9 hours on my skin with little(10%) of fading in sweaty summers. 

Overall FENTY BEAUTY PRO FILT'R Soft Matte Longwear Foundation is actually a better version of MAC STUDIO FIX PLUS LIQUID FOUNDATION (if that gives you a clear idea regarding this foundation).

 After Sugar cosmetics stick (reviewed here ) this one is my second stick foundation.

The foundation comes in a stick kind of packaging. One has to twist it up to apply it. The packaging is sleek and travel-friendly.

Experience:-

MAKEUP REVOLUTION FAST BASE STICK FOUNDATION comes in 18 shades in which I picked up shade no F8 which is a little lighter shade on my Mac Nc 30-35 (as I tanned a bit).  The foundation has no brush in it (like the sugar one read here http://www.makeupandbeautty.com/2018/04/review-of-sugar-cosmetics-ace-of-face.html). One has to twist up and apply the foundation and then you can blend it with your any beauty blender, sponge or brush (as per your convenience).

The foundation has medium coverage for which if you want high coverage you need to build it. The foundation is a little thick for which a small amount is enough for entire face else one might end up looking cakey. The foundation blends effortlessly and it stays 7 hours +. The foundation tends to oxidize a bit on my skin tone. As I bought little lighter shade so thankfully it goes perfectly on my skin tone.

Now here are few down points:-

1. Too much of this foundation can make you feel heavy on your skin.
2. The foundation is good for dry skin people only. Oily skin people should stay away from this else you might end up looking sweaty and oily. And if oily skin people still want to try it then my suggestion is to try it in winter, not in summer.
3. The foundation oxidizes a bit so one needs to be careful while choosing the foundation.

Overall the foundation is a "MISS" for me as I have oily skin and it doesn't suit me. The face application might make you tempted to buy it but these pictures were taken immediately after application so judge my review by my face swatch picture (lol...I am just trying to save your money).

A little amount goes long way. It has a very light texture for which although it covers all my dark spots it feels so light on my skin that sometimes I forget that am wearing it. The foundation stays pretty 7 hours and more in this dry summer of Delhi. Although I feel a little bit oily in my t-zone area after 5/6 hours for which if I set it with a compact I am ready to go few more hours.

Overall Sugar cosmetics ACE OF FACE FOUNDATION STICK although priced a bit high but every good thing comes with a price tag and so I think it is a must have stick foundation for people who are looking for a good foundation in this summer.

REVIEW OF LAKME PRIME +MATTE POWDER FOUNDATION

Hi everyone,
Lakme is coming up with a new product PRIME +MATTE POWDER FOUNDATION  in 6 different shades. This foundation will be available very soon in all online and Lakme store.

Price:- Rs.600/- for 9g of the product.

So, recently Lakme has sent me three different shade from this Prime +matte foundation range and I was really excited to try out.

So, here is the video on the same where I shared my review, a demo using LAKME PRIME +MATTE POWDER FOUNDATION  and swatches of all three foundations that I got.



The shades I received are IVORY CREAM, SILKY GOLDEN, and HONEY DEW.
